In addition, this definition may not be construed to permit any person licensed, provisionally licensed, registered, or certified pursuant to this chapter to describe or label any test, report, or procedure as psychological, except to relate specifically to the definition of practice authorized in this subsection. (3)Encourage the cooperation of member states in regulating multistate practice of licensed professional counselors. The commission may pursue any other remedies available under federal or state law. Proof of completion of the required number of hours of continuing education and completion of the laws and rules course shall be submitted to the department or the board in the manner and time specified by rule and on forms provided by the department or the board.
